Advance payments
Advance payments cover discovery, design and initial development work. If you cancel within 48 hours of payment, we refund 100%. After that, refunds are pro-rated based on work completed.
Monthly retainers
Retainers can be cancelled anytime with 15 days' notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable but service continues until the end of the current billing period.
Ads spend
Money paid to Google/Meta is non-refundable by us — subject to the platform's own refund policy.
