Services
We deliver services as specified in a signed Statement of Work. Any changes are billed separately.
Payments
Fees are typically 50% advance and 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Late payments accrue 2% interest per month.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential. NDAs available on request.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
